Tourist information at the World Heritage Gateway

The World Heritage Gateway by the Replot bridge showcases the World Heritage Site of High Coast / Kvarken Archipelago. Free entry to the lobby, shop and the Art Gallery Arte Mare. A small entrance fee is charged for the new exhibition called Weichsel. 

 

 Opening hours during the summer season

During the summer season (from May to September), the Gateway is open as follows:

- from 10 am to 4 pm on weekdays in May and September

- from 10 am to 6 pm every day in June, July and August 

At other times, the Gateway is open according to agreement. 

 

Opening hours during the winter season

During the winter season (from October to April) the World Heritage Gateway is open according to the opening hours of the Restaurant and Cafe Berny's which is located in the same premises. Even though there is no personnel at the Gateway during the winter season, you can familiarise yourself with the World Heritage in the lobby and in the Art Gallery Arte Mare. 

 

The World Heritage Exhibition Weichsel 

The Weichsel exhibition is open according to the opening hours of the summer seasonAt other times, the exhibition is open according to agreement. A small entrance fee is charged for entering the exhibition. 

 

The World Heritage Shop

The shop is open according to the opening hours of the summer season. The shop sells a range of World Heritage

 products, such as T-shirts, books and small souvenirs. 

 

The Art Gallery Arte Mare 

 The Art Gallery Arte Mare tells the story of the World Heritage with different exhibitions. Annually, the gallery showcases four different exhibitions that can contain art, objects, photographs, or experiences - all in the spirit of the World Heritage. The gallery is free of charge and it is open every day from 10 am to 4 pm.
